How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing can take up to 7 days before dispatch. If you need your order urgently, please mention it in the notes section when you place your order.
How should I safely use wax melts?
To safely enjoy wax melts, place one or two small melts into the top of a wax warmer—never add water. Use an unscented tealight below and limit burning to 4 hours at a time. As the wax melts, it will release a delightful fragrance throughout your space. Always supervise while in use.
What kind of wax do you use in your candles and melts?
We use a blend of Soy, Coconut, and Rapeseed wax in our candles and melts.
How do I remove a used wax melt from the burner?
Let the wax melt cool and harden. Light a tealight in your burner for about 30 seconds, and the solid wax melt should pop out easily.
Is your packaging eco-friendly and sustainable?
Absolutely! All our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. We prioritize reusing parcel materials and avoid plastic wherever possible. Our candle jars and tins can be easily repurposed—just clean them with soap and water. Large diffuser bottles are perfect for refills or as decorative vases. We're also actively exploring eco-friendly alternatives to sticky tape to further reduce our environmental footprint.
