How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing can take up to 7 days before dispatch. If you need your order urgently, please mention it in the notes section when you place your order.
What's the proper way to use wax melts?
Place one or two small melts into the top of a wax warmer. Do NOT add water. Light an unscented tealight below for no more than 4 hours. As the wax melts, the fragrance will fill the room.
What kind of wax do you use in your candles and melts?
We use a blend of Soy, Coconut, and Rapeseed wax in our candles and melts.
How do I remove a used wax melt from the burner?
Let the wax melt cool and harden. Light a tealight in your burner for about 30 seconds, and the solid wax melt should pop out easily.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, all our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. We reuse parcel packaging whenever possible and avoid plastic. Candle jars and tins can be repurposed—just wash them with soap and water. Large diffuser bottles can be refilled or used as vases. We're also looking for an eco-friendly alternative to sticky tape. We believe in reusing and recycling to reduce our environmental impact.
